Mellowcreme Pumpkins in Polymer Clay

New in my Etsy Shop….

itty bitty polymer clay Mellowcreme Pumpkin beads!

I love the candy! I could eat a whole bag(or two) no problem. I may try to make the other things in the bag, maybe. I think this may require more research….

Yum! – Tina

Coincidence?

Jack thought it was a bit odd that his surgery was scheduled for October 30th….

Poor ‘Lil Polymer Clay Pumpkin

Boy, talk about a bad day!

I’m not sure if I need to seek help…

I’m having too much fun with these pumpkins. I wonder, how should I carve the real thing for Halloween? So many choices…muahaha…  -T

Polymer Clay Lil’ Boos

The next big decorating holiday coming up is Halloween. You can tell by the way the stores look. My Etsy shop is no different!

I am in the mood to put together some creepy cute things! I made some more pins to go with the other Halloween pins I have.

These are a few of the new guys. They are trying to be spooky but it’s not really working out for them. Maybe they need a home, because without the house to haunt they just look like whiners. I’m just sayin’  – T

Hail Hail, The Gang’s All Here!

I just loved working on this Special Order! Look at all these little octopi-ettes, you can tell they are girls from their flower headbands.

I love the colors she chose, bright and cheery. I’ll be sad to see them go.

They can hardly wait to go, you can almost hear them giggling!  – T

Dragon Berries

Today there was a little napping going on in the garden. No, not me. It is a tad too hot for me. But I guess not too hot for a fire-breather!

This polymer clay guy is happily resting on his nest of greens and berries in my garden. Uh oh, I think we woke him up…

I had fun making this little baby. I need to make him some brothers and sisters.  – T

Polymer Clay Quilt Jewelry

I have been working on actually putting jewelry together with the quilt canes I’ve made. Assembling isn’t my favorite part. I do a good job an’ all, I just like doing the clay part better.

I did sell quite a few at the quilt guild meeting. This is good, it supports my creating addiction.

I think I need a larger variety of colors. I really only have this style and the multicolored one. I like having a choice when shopping, I’m sure I’m not the only one!  – T

Candy Look Alikes

These kinda bother me. They came out great, which may be the problem.

I wanted to make these or at least see if I could. Naturally, I needed to do research. Yum.

I did them the same size and close to the same color. After putting a glossy coat on them I had to be extra careful with my “research” supply. I was getting them mixed up… I go see the dentist next week. – T

Seeing Stars

No, I didn’t get a punch in the eye! Or even go to Hollywood. I’m just filling an order, a really small order. They look big in the picture.

Ok, maybe they don’t. I punched these little stars out of polymer clay with a Kemper Cutter. The Clay Factory carries them. They are reasonably priced too. You could collect them all, because you know you will need the one you skip over if you don’t! I did.

It was fun doing all these colors. They remind me of the ball pit that little kids jump in. Except these would probably poke your eye out… not good.

One more mini down, what will be next?  – T

Excuse Me While I Freshen Up

I’m still working on little polymer clay things.

What? …. it’s not food? Maybe I’ll take a break from food right now.

As usual I get on a roll and go too far. Because really, how many of these does a girl need? Maybe quite a few, these are only 1 inch tall! I was going to make lots of colors, but I really like the red. Funny thing, I almost never wear lipstick! I think bright red would not be my first choice.

Next project – mini watermelon slices. I had some, just not enough to fill the 3″ bottle. I better go check the garden, see how they’re doing.  – T
